Due to the building’s listed status, we do not have lift access and guests will need to use the stairs; handrails are provided. We share this information so you can plan your visit with confidence.

You’ll find Sannio at 61A Elmbank Street in Glasgow city centre, nestled between Bath Street and Sauchiehall Street and just across from the King’s Theatre. As a basement restaurant, access is by stairs only (no lift, due to the building’s listed status). We provide double handrails for support, though the stairs and compact layout may be challenging for guests with mobility difficulties—particularly during busy pre-theatre hours—so please keep this in mind when booking.
